Production Artist Job at Robert Half in Highlands Ranch

We are seeking a Production Artist to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry based in Colorado, but this is a fully remote opportunity. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Production Artist, you will primarily be involved in creating and editing floorplans for apartment communities using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring accurate labeling, and managing data using MS Excel. You will also be updating company marketing and sales collateral including brochures and sales presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit floorplans for high-rise apartment communities using Adobe Illustrator.

• Ensure each floorplan is accurately labeled with the correct unit IDs.

• Enter and manage the coordinates of each floorplan trace into an MS Excel spreadsheet.

• Deliver completed properties on a continuous basis, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

• Use Adobe Illustrator and MS Excel skills to maintain high-level organization and attention to detail.

• Update company marketing collateral

• Create (as needed) annual reports and presentations

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Production Artist role or similar position

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required

• Demonstrated skills in MS Excel is a must

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proven problem-solving skills and a creative mindset

• Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
