Midnight Oil (moagency.com) , strategically located in "the heart of Hollywood" in Burbank, CA, is an extraordinary creative, and specialty print production partner to the majority of theatrical and streaming studios, with relationships often measured in terms of decades, not years. We uniquely and conveniently combine our Studio and Print Production capabilities all under one roof in our 120,000 square feet facility, with an Amtrak stop and the Burbank Airport directly across the street. Position Summary:
The Creative Production Artist will provide project support to internal pre-media team and prepare files for internal and external manufacturing at the expected level of quality.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Producing an array of entertainment theatrical properties through Key Art, Outdoor, In TheatreCreating templates, adapting creative and building production mechanical files utilizing relevant softwareReviewing design files and proactively solve production/creative issuesResizing and adapting high resolution artCommunicating with account, production and creative teamsManaging multiple deadlines and still provide excellent workLaying out design & production of any print materials including, OOH, packaging, one-sheets, ads, presentations, brochures, catalogs etc.Applying understanding of structure as it relates to special packaging, theatrical standees, In theatre elements and retail POPCollaborating and supporting designers, art directors and creative directorsCreating presentationsTroubleshooting file issuesManaging and maintaining client and company assetsPreflight, collect, upload and download tasksContinual training to increase skill levelPerform additional duties as assignedMandatory Qualifications:
Creative Agency and an excellent understanding of entertainment production workflowAbility to do light retouching and color correctionAbility to adapt, plan and organize in a constantly changing environmentAbility to work in a team environmentGoal oriented and a self-starterExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to continued learningPreferred Qualifications:

The national pay range for this role is $36 - $48/hourly. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
