Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description
Leads project teams and sub-teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies. Ensures that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results. Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress, and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts, and updates project plans as needed.
Responsibilities
Content management of seasonal promotion focusing on menus (both print and digital).
Experience with digital menus, but will also work on the print work side.
Understanding technology or working on similar projects.
Quick learning and adapting to new tools and systems.
Ensuring projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
Maintaining, adjusting, and updating project plans as needed.
Managing projects in a variety of ways and interacting with the team as needed.
Essential Skills
5-7 years of project management experience.
Experience with print and digital menu content management.
Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, and Microsoft Project.
Project management certification such as PMP.
Experience with digital marketing and print marketing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience managing seasonal menu updates and promotions.
Ability to transfer stores from paper menus to digital menus.
Flexibility to work on both print and digital projects.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Work Environment
Potential to extend for 12 months with flexible working conditions. Opportunity to optimize processes for new digital menus. Ability to work with different teams and act as a liaison to meet deadlines and milestones.
