Description Position at MedThink SciCom MedThink, a Fingerpaint company, offers extensive medical communications through 2 distinct divisions: MedThink SciCom, which harnesses deep scientific knowledge and extensive industry experience to develop solutions for medical affairs, medical communications, and publication groups; and MedThink Communications, which provides healthcare communications and marketing services to commercial teams that leverage performance-driven medical education to enhance HCP beliefs and understanding. Are you an efficient planner and organizer? The MedThink SciCom team is seeking a motivated individual who can efficiently produce high-quality, technical content while managing multiple timelines. You will be able to accurately interpret, analyze, and communicate data with clients and authors. Experience in specialties such as rare disease, dermatology, aesthetics, neurology, oncology, immunology, inflammatory diseases, and infectious diseases is a plus. If you excel at and enjoy developing scientific content in a variety of formats, we want to hear from you! Duties and Responsibilities: Function within 1 to 3 business units and produce quality products efficiently under multiple timelines Accurate scientific/medical writing on a variety of medical communication and promotional projects Develop content with coherent and logical story flow Interpret clinical data accurately Perform literature research (eg, literature or competitor searches) Excellent verbal and written internal communication (eg, project status) and external communication (eg, clients and authors) Work in a cross-functional team, establishing effective working interactions with editorial, presentation services, account services, and project management teams Job Requirements: Education: PhD in life sciences, MD Experience: ≥1 year of postdoctoral research or prior scientific communications agency experience with developing publications and medical affairs content, including clinical manuscripts, scientific platforms, and educational slide decks is a plus but not required. Completion of PhD or MD graduate degree with experience developing publications, including congress abstracts and peer-reviewed manuscripts Demonstrable interest in medical writing (eg, participation in other writing initiatives, such as scientific blogs, freelancing) Excellent writing and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple timelines Efficient planning and organization Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and reference management software (eg, Endnote, Reference Manager) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with developing publications, including scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals Don't meet every single requirement?
