Our company has been a long-time leader in deploying AI and advanced technologies to the legal market to improve productivity and transform the overall business and practice of law, deploying ethical and powerful generative AI solutions with a flexible, multi-model approach that prioritizes using the best model from today's top model creators for each individual legal use case.About the RoleAs the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity Legal Content Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will be the following:Design, own, and execute the content upkeep process for the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice areasPerform legal research and editorial tasks associated with updating existing Practical Guidance contentMonitor current awareness and stay abreast of changes in lawDraft or revise content, including templates, practice notes, and checklistsOversee and execute Practical Guidance content remediation projects focused on improving the customer experienceAcquire a firm understanding of editorial processes / style guidelines and enforce best practicesImprove operational effectiveness by standardizing and streamlining processes, creating documentation, and making recommendations for continuous improvement in editorial workflowMeet or exceed production and quality requirementsParticipate in training as required and perform additional tasks as assignedRequirements:The successful candidate for this position must: Have a Juris Doctorate degree and two+ years of practice experience in mergers and acquisitionsDemonstrate strong analytical, legal research, and writing skillsBe adept at maintaining an organized workflow while ensuring accuracy through close attention to detail.Have knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style and Bluebook citation rulesBe able to prioritize and meet critical deadlinesBe flexible and adaptable to changing business demandsShow interpersonal and communication skillsPrioritize and meet critical deadlinesPossess technical aptitudeBe a curious learner with a demonstrated growth mindsetWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
