Overview:Iconic Artists Group is a music company that acquires interests in the music catalogs of iconic performers and songwriters and works to preserve and grow the legacy of those artists. Iconic is home to some of the most important and acclaimed catalogs from The Beach Boys, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Nat King Cole and Linda Ronstadt, among others.Iconic Artists Group is looking for a Coordinator to join our Creative Development team. This role will have you working with (at least) two Creative Development Executives. This position requires a strong grasp of the Entertainment, Music Management industry, and its day-to-day responsibilities.Responsibilities: Administrative duties including meeting and schedule coordination, preparing expense reports, producing correspondence, occasional notetaking, and travel coordinationMaintain an awareness of supervisor’s obligations (internal and external) to proactively assist and/or anticipate needsOrganizing large amounts of data efficientlyHelp maintain ongoing calendars of marketing events and anniversariesResearching artists and catalogs, song and album historiesQualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of music, internet culture and social media platformsProficiency with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office and Google AppsStrong interest in catalog music and legacy musiciansBachelor’s degree in Entertainment, Music, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related fieldPosition Details: The compensation range is between $31.25 - $33.65 per hour dependent on experience. We offer a very competitive benefits package and time off schedule. Our office is located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. This position is required to be in the office Monday through Thursdays and remote on Fridays at the manager’s discretion.We are a fully vaccinated workforce.
