The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaigns performance data, tracking campaigns schedules, track marketing investments against budget, identify industry trends, and providing actionable insights that drive strategy and decision-making. You will dive deep into metrics related to different marketing campaigns, website traffic, conversions, lead sources, media channels performance, and overall marketing performance. You will play a critical part in determining the direction of the marketing campaigns, analyze A/B testing performance. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing e-blast performance data to measure engagement, help optimize email marketing campaigns, and improve conversion rates. Additionally, you will stay current on industry trends and analyze the effectiveness of different marketing channels to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.Key Responsibilities:Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.Track branded vs. non-branded conversions and identify key drivers.Monitor and assess performance across media channels (social, paid search, organic, etc.).Evaluate lead sources and campaign success across different channels.Evaluate conversions – traffic to leads, leads to demo or free trials, and conversion to sales.Develop reports on overall marketing performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, etc.).Track and analyze e-blast performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions.Identify trends in industry data, competitor behavior, and emerging opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide insights that shape strategy.Create dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Provide recommendations for improving campaign performance and optimizing media spend.Qualifications:1-2+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience analyzing e-blast performance data and using email marketing platforms (HubSpot).Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social media performance metrics.Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.Ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.WORKING CONDITIONSThe duties described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
