Overview: This position will provide A/V support to conference rooms, prepare conference rooms for upcoming presentations, perform post-conference check for conference room, present client-supplied briefing materials using installed or client-furnished A/V equipment, display client supplied briefings via PowerPoint, video, projectors, and audio PA systems.
Responsibilities:• Maintain and operate a wide variety of VTC equipment to include cameras, microphones, audio and video playback, recording, and duplication devices• Conduct routine operational tests and fault isolation on AV/VTC systems and equipment• Reserve, schedule, and setup A/V equipment as required• Coordinate requirements with client and distant-end, using the appropriate software to update reservations database
Qualifications:• High School Diploma/GED required. College degree preferred.• 4+ years of relevant experience• Hands-on experience with Crestron hardware, Cisco cameras and codecs, and Biamp DSPs• Knowledge of what a LAN is and how to troubleshoot network related issues
