This role is essential for aligning marketing efforts with product and business goals, ensuring seamless product delivery and revenue growth. In this role you will be responsible for leading the tactical execution of marketing functions such as price quotations, revenue tracking, and business operations.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product Line Management, Product Engineering, Planning & Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales) to support day-to-day marketing activities.
Portfolio Management: Oversee product lifecycle activities, from new product introduction (NPI) to end-of-life (EOL) planning, ensuring a smooth transition between phases.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Provide input on demand forecasts, revenue targets, and marketing budgets to support business goals.
Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams on pricing, RFQ processes, and promotions to maximize profitability.
Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs and product performance, using metrics such as backlog, bookings, and financial reports.
Product and Market Strategy: Develop strategies for power management products based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key accounts to understand customer requirements and ensure commitments are me
Qualifications (academic, experience, skills, etc.):
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of pricing and tactical marketing role, preferably in semiconductor industry.
Proficiency in strategic planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Exceptional communication and project management skills to manage product launches and complex marketing campaigns.
