The Manager, Publisher Loyalty & Perks will report to the SVP, Publisher Success.The Manager, Publisher Loyalty & Perks will focus on identifying tools, programs, and services that will serve our publishers. They will manage and coordinate all aspects of delivering perks to our valued client base including sourcing, partnering with Legal on contract details and crafting plans for delivery. They will also surface ideas for ongoing efforts, implementation and execution. This role is partially publisher-facing in order to solicit direct feedback on new perks and programs to measure returns on investment. Serving as an advocate for the publisher with company goals in mind is central to this role.Perks and programs are proactive retention measures that encourage publisher loyalty, increase adoption of tools and strategies, facilitate growth of Mediavine’s overall business, and generate excitement within the community.Essential Responsibilities:Connecting with internal stakeholders, including Account Management and Account Executives to source and vet ideas for perks, programs, tools, and services that will resonate with publishersDevelop relationships with partners (E.g. Top Hat Rank), coordinate program rollouts and maintain ongoing engagement with current partnershipsAct as a liaison to publishers’ needs, surface ideas for new programs and solve problems with actionable solutionsResearch tools and services that align with the needs of Mediavine publishers and work cross-functionally to implement new perks and servicesEstablish clear communication strategies around the benefits of each perk or program, ensuring alignment with publisher needsContribute to cross-functional team communication and partnering with MarComm, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Support as needed to implement and execute new perks and servicesConduct cost analysis and provide insights on new and existing perks to assess their effectivenessTrack perk adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve programs based on publisher inputProvide resources and updates to relevant departments, ensuring accessibility to information on perks and ongoing servicesAvailability to travel to on-site locations for publisher/industry events, team retreats, leadership meetings and the annual all hands events (approximately 20% of the time)Location:Applicants must be based in the United StatesApplication Deadline:Application deadline is 11/21/24Additional applicants can be considered for future opportunitiesYou Have:5+ years of progressive experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 3+ years of experience in ad management, publisher-facing preferredExperience with Mediavine, our publishers, and ad-tech preferredDeep understanding of our products and services, and their applications to ensure publisher successProven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, cultivating lasting connections with publishers and partnersExperience working remotely in a distributed team environment, utilizing tools such as Slack and Google SuiteProficiency in CRM software and account management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various audiences, including publishers, peers, leadership, and cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate across diverse stakeholder groupsProven initiative and problem-solving ability, with a knack for troubleshooting and de-escalating situations when necessaryStrong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple projects effectivelyAttention to detail and follow-through on long-term projects, ensuring quality work and the ability to "get things right the first time"Empathy and client-focused mindset, listening to publisher feedback and proactively implementing solutionsStrong work ethic, a positive attitude, and reliability as a team player who thrives in collaborative environmentsAvailability to travel to on-site locations for publisher/industry events, team retreats, leadership meetings and the annual all hands events (approximately 20% of the time)100% remoteComprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and 401k matchGenerous paid time offWellness and Home Office PerksUp to 12 weeks of paid Parental LeaveInclusive Family Forming BenefitsProfessional development opportunitiesTravel opportunities for teams, our annual All Hands retreat as well as industry eventMediavine provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. The base salary range for this role at the time of posting is $95,000 - $120,000
