As the Senior Event Audience Marketing Manager, you will be the driver of audience acquisition, marketing communications, and campaign strategy and execution for strategic programs and events. You’re a master multi-tasker and have the ability to think strategically, ask questions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ship the audience acquisition and marketing plan for core event programs. You will sit on the Engagement Marketing Shared Services team, within Audience Marketing. You will report to the Head of Audience Marketing.Responsibilities

Audience Acquisition Strategy:Develop the marketing strategy for core event programs and events, including building audience segmentation, delivering a channel mix, campaign themes and campaign timelines.Marketing Campaign Execution:Collaborate across Global Events, Creative, Web, Content and Product marketing teams, and cross-functional marketing teams to build and ship event audience acquisition campaigns that align with overall initiatives, strategy and branding. Execute strategies to drive audience acquisition through email, organic social, GDN, paid advertising, web personalization, and enablement programs. You will act as the "CMO" for your assigned programs, ensuring the acquisition efforts are optimized resulting in event objectives and targets being reached.Campaign Optimization & Experimentation:Continually review campaign performance and data and optimize for performance. Remain agile and strategically shift campaigns mid-flight as needed. Assess throughout each campaign lifecycle what's working vs. what's not and be able to provide recommendations and pivot campaigns based on findings.Creative & Design Asset Coordination:Partner with internal Design teams on the development of design assets for all campaigns ensuring each aligns with the campaign message and goals. You’ll develop draft copy for emails, website content, and social media posts.Reporting:Keep your eye on the data and deliver end-to-end campaign performance reporting and analytics including how to track each best and which metrics to report on.Project Management:Drive the overall project management for all event marketing efforts through timelines and Jira ticket management.Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners or vendors.Experience

8+ years of event audience acquisition or demand generation experience (preferably in tech enterprise events)Data-driven and highly analyticalExcellent communication skills with both peers and leadersExperience in creating and managing a multi-channel integrated marketing campaign calendarUse automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid paceProject management expertise, including virtual teamsSuperb prioritization skills to individually detect and deliver the most important things firstAbility to effectively delegate work across virtual teams and build strong peer relationshipsAbility to multitask and take the lead on several tasks simultaneouslyDesire to consistently enhance marketing efforts, bringing new ideas to the table – both strategic and executionalExcellent eye for detailAdapt to changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptionsExperience using Slack and GSuite (Google Calendar, Slides, Sheets, Docs)Experience with email marketing, and social media marketing on Twitter, LinkedIn and FacebookPreferred Qualifications

Event operations or field marketing experience (preferably in tech)Strong presentation skillsExperience working with Jira and ConfluenceDuration:
