of $99,000 to $110,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONWe are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Retail Digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and wireframe creation, as well as the ability to conduct UX evaluations and perform user research. Acting as an advocate for the customer, the Sr. User Experience Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our digital (web and mobile app) products by translating user needs into design solutions that are both intuitive and engaging. Furthermore, the Sr. User Experience Design will help establish and maintain a culture of customer-centered decision-making in our digital product suite, leveraging opportunities to influence and inform stakeholders on the long-term benefits of prioritizing customer experience and user experience design.PRIMARY DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.• Work to mature existing design systems to support expanded offerings and changing needs of consumer and business customers.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, data analysts, marketing and sales professionals, and customer care to ensure cohesive product vision and seamless execution.• Contribute to defining the design and direction of key web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with project resources to ensure alignment with expected business outcomes.• Conduct user experience evaluations through methods such as heuristic analysis, usability testing, and feedback loops to identify areas of improvement.• Plan and execute user research to gather insights, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries, ensuring that user needs and pain points are well understood.• Iterate on design solutions based on data, research findings, feedback, and evaluations.• Stay up to date with UX best practices, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve and innovate.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS• 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in wireframe and prototype design, user research, and customer-centered storytelling.• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar.• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Figma is preferred.• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and experience with synthesizing research findings into actionable insights.• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to present and justify design decisions that achieve expected business outcomes while focusing on customer experience.• Experience working in a collaborative environment.• A keen eye for detail, user empathy, and a passion for creating seamless and delightful user experiences.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).• Previous history working for large enterprise companies (on staff or agency client work).• Experience designing for both consumer and business-user audiences.• Prior contributions to A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization programs.
