Up to $170,000 p/a + excellent benefitsForsyth Barnes have partnered with a renowned Consumer Goods brand on their search for a Director of Social Media. The business is a Consumer Goods leader in their category and offers a vast range of innovative products loved by their customers, globally and present in all major Retail Chains - including Amazon and Walmart.The client is looking for a creative and passionate leader to support the launch of a new premium good range, building this from the ground up. You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies and campaigns to effectively increase brand awareness and drive growth across all channels.Director of Social Media Responsibilities:

Leadership, management and development of all associated social media platforms, including related social media content strategies.Oversee and lead the editorial calendar relating to social media strategies.Oversee content development and delivery for all communities across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.Ownership of goals, KPIs and performance - keeping an eye on continuous improvement and growth.Director of Social Media Requirements:

Industry experience across the CPG, Consumer Product or Lifestyle Brand space.A track record managing successful social media campaigns and programs.Proven experience creating, planning and executing social media and digital campaigns that have contributed commercial value.Analytical - appreciation of various digital tools useful to extract and act upon social insights.
