Having shipped millions of units, we are committed to innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Responsibilities:Create and execute email marketing lifecycle programs and promotional campaigns that educate and convert homeownersMonitor email metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvementManage our subscriber database, ensure compliance with email regulations, and resolve any deliverability challengesDevelop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, targeted messagesWork closely with Creative, RevOps, and Inside Sales to create visually engaging email templates and deliver cross-functional marketing campaignsContribute to overall marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenueDevelop and implement new digital marketing channels as neededMust Haves:3+ years experience in email marketingExperience with B2C and B2B email marketing strategy and at least one leading email marketing service provider (Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce, etc)Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisionsPreferred experience with other digital channels (SMS, paid ads, website, app)Strong understanding of email best practices, A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverabilityCreative and innovative thinkerDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAdaptable and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefits Overview:Competitive Salary:
$80,000-$100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Stock Options:
