Associate, Digital Content Producer
to join our growing Digital team in our Bethesda, MD office. You will be responsible for the daily build, support, and execution of web content, store openings, and launches for totalwine.com. Business partners include merchandising, marketing, UX, design and production, fulfillment, store operations, IT, and production support. In addition to the day-to-day management and a focus on continuous improvements, the role will support process review and optimization. You will report to the Digital Content & Integrations Manager.

Digital store content build and execution within the CMS tool sets across all totalwine.com environments and multiple platforms: desktop, tablet, mobile, app for all aspects of site including navigation, buy path/check-out experience, omni-channel fulfillment, mobile optimization, brand, product & category content, SEO Integration, and video.Support the testing and execution of new features & functionality across tools and content, as well as migration work to support new CMS.Support the grand opening process, set up and launch of new stores online.Support the review, enhancement, and rollout of processes with multiple teams.Track deliverables from start-to-finish with cross-functional teams responsible for deliverables to ensure executional deadlines are met successfully.Troubleshoot and help identify issues and apply problem-solving skills to find solutions, enter and track tickets through to resolution with IT or Production Support groups.Manage against tight turnarounds, ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of self-organization.You will come with
BS/BA degree required.2+ years of experience with online content production with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.Use of Content Management Systems (CMS) tool set to manage websites.Basic coding understanding and proficiency (HTML, CSS) preferred.Experience working cross-functionally, especially with IT and agile teams, store operations, production support, and digital creative, merchandising, and/or marketing teams.Demonstrated ability to work within a production environment, including a regularly scheduled, monthly publishing cycle (plan, build, review, go-live).We offer

Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
