We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing and serving as a key member in managing digital marketing campaigns, s/he will be responsible for shaping and accelerating the brand’s digital presence.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct experiments, optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement initiatives that enhance the brand’s online presence and deliver measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, inclusive of planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting across various channels including but not limited to paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketingContinuously track and analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendationsIdentify and execute A/B test opportunities to continually improve efficiency and effectivenessWork closely with creative teams to develop compelling and effective ad creatives by identifying creative learnings and insightsManage, monitor, and adjust budgets for marketing channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROIDevelop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to achieve lead generation targetsCollaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing initiatives with overall business goals

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field4+ years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing, lead generation, or a similar roleIn-depth experience with digital marketing channels and best practices, especially paid search and paid socialProven ability to bring innovative testing ideas to the table and implement new technologies and strategiesStrong analytical skills with the ability to extract data and trending insightsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departmentsExperience with marketing automation tools and platformsExcellent communication and project management skills

SkillsProficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc..Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindsetStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management abilitiesCreative problem-solving skillsUp-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
