We pride ourselves on moving fast, multitasking, continuous improvement, and hitting goals on our way to digitally transforming our company.This is the ideal role for a recent college graduate with 1-2 years of email experience. This position requires a high level of cross functional team collaboration and multitasking capabilities, ability to be curious about data and investigating it, and the drive to effectively connect and communicate with MCM consumers through email.What You’ll DoContribute and support overall email marketing strategyComply with email marketing laws and regulationsMonitor and record existing email campaign performanceEnsure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendlyProofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling.Create Email Proofs and maintain email libraryPerform UAT / email render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure that emails are rendering correctly for most of the subscriber baseResearch content and current trends in email marketing to ensure maximum open rates and response to the email campaignsWork collaboratively with the designers and other cross-functional teamsAssist with internal technical support, troubleshooting and submitting tickets to Pega / SendGridGain a deep understanding of MCM consumer data points / systems or record and how these impact email marketingInvestigate and document any issues that arise from emails sent to consumersWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising/public relations, communications, or related fieldExcellent communication, proofing and writing skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and organizational skills1-2 years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in financial services or fintechGood understanding of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimesFamiliarity with content and layout design toolsFamiliarity with AB testingFamiliarity with Marketing Automation PlatformTeam-player who thrives in a rapid growth environment which constantly evolves and presents new and exciting challenges every dayAbout UsWe are more than a specialty finance company providing debt recovery solutions for consumers.
