This role will oversee the activation, optimization, and reporting of retail media strategies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance on Amazon DSP.
What you’ll do:
Lead the planning and execution of Amazon DSP campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Develop audience targeting and bidding strategies using Amazon DSP.
Manage and mentor a team of associates.
Collaborate with content and media teams to maximize cross-channel efforts.
Who you are:
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
Proactive, self-starter with great organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well individually as well as collaborate with a team.
What you’ll need:
3-4 years of experience, agency experience required.
Retail Media experience required, with strong expertise in Amazon DSP.
Experience managing retail media teams and campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize DSP campaigns for performance.
