Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute inventive marketing strategies while exemplifying leadership for the marketing team. Provide strategic direction in the planning, development, execution, and assessment of comprehensive marketing endeavors.Comprehensive Marketing Oversight: Supervise branding, digital and traditional marketing, event planning, public relations, and community outreach initiatives. Lead market research, product marketing, marketing communications, and advertising campaigns.Team Development: Mentor and motivate the marketing and communications team to craft persuasive messaging that resonates with our target demographics.Marketing Roadmap: Design and oversee the overarching marketing vision and strategies, driving quantifiable outcomes in brand visibility, customer acquisition, and organizational growth.Differentiation and Brand Management: Distinguish our brand and implement a sophisticated marketing strategy to outpace competitors while managing brand reputation and associated risks.Value Proposition Development: Formulate compelling value propositions to strengthen competitive advantages for our offerings.Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Executive team to define and communicate the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.Market Positioning: Work alongside Product and Sales teams to create messaging that aligns with market trends and customer demands, maintaining a competitive edge.Performance Measurement: Establish and track marketing KPIs, employing automation and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Partnership Development: Build and nurture a dynamic network of marketing partnerships to enhance execution and broaden reach.Employee Engagement: Foster internal synergies to boost employee brand recognition and leverage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Cost-Effective Solutions: Conduct thorough analyses to gauge marketing ROI and devise cost-effective strategies.Customer Growth Strategies: Execute innovative, multi-channel customer growth strategies in partnership with Product, Sales, and Operations teams.Retention and Loyalty: Develop strategies aimed at enhancing brand loyalty and customer retention, showcasing successes through impactful case studies.Required Skills

3+ years of managerial experience in marketing health services and/or eHealth solutions, emphasizing a robust customer-centric focus.Demonstrated ability to build and lead cohesive teams, manage conflicts, and make informed decisions within a goal-driven environment.5+ years of progressive marketing management experience, overseeing brand strategy and creative deliverables.Practical expertise with CRM and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing platforms.Strong analytical capabilities with a thorough understanding of big data interpretation.Exceptional organizational, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in effective cross-departmental communication.Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.Willingness to travel for conferences and educational events as required.Qualifications
