Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at bolstering customer loyalty, enhancing membership programs, and promoting repeat business.
Oversee the execution of sales initiatives, driving business development, social media outreach, and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish and achieve revenue targets, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
Recruit, mentor, and lead an exceptional marketing and sales team, cultivating a culture of high performance and excellence.
Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and partners, negotiating contracts and identifying new business opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics and market trends to guide strategic initiatives and refine marketing efforts.
Work closely with finance, product development, and customer success teams to align marketing activities with overarching business goals.
Maintain industry awareness to ensure our brand remains competitive and innovative.
Required Skills
Proven success in a senior marketing or sales position, preferably within the hospitality or service sectors.
Strong leadership capabilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams for exceptional outcomes.
Excellent communication and relational skills, with a knack for negotiation.
Familiarity with marketing operations and CRM systems is essential (experience with HubSpot, Triple Seat, and Toast is a plus).
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Willingness to travel across Northern California and to potential future locations as the company expands.
Qualifications
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous, but demonstrated experience in marketing leadership is paramount.
Experience managing multi-unit, multi-location operations is highly desirable.
