This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with a passion for innovative marketing to oversee marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio, which includes multiple boutique hotels and various food and beverage outlets. Your primary objective will be to drive brand development, enhance market share, and significantly contribute to the overall business success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our long-term business goals and objectives.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities for growth.Lead initiatives for brand development, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.Mentor and guide a high-performing marketing team, while managing relationships with third-party agencies focused on digital marketing, product marketing, and brand communications.Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and emerging trends that inform our marketing strategies.Spearhead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.Drive customer engagement strategies that enhance the overall customer experience and foster brand loyalty.Develop and manage the marketing budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.Oversee public relations and corporate communications, including crisis management strategies to safeguard the company’s reputation.Required SkillsInnovative and creative leadership style, capable of inspiring a diverse team.Proven ability to craft long-term strategies that align with corporate objectives.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in building and maintaining a robust brand identity through effective marketing practices.Proficiency in analyzing market data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and evaluate campaign success.Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.QualificationsA minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising, preferably within the hospitality industry.At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.Generous vacation and paid time off policies.Flexible working hours with a hybrid model of in-office and remote work.Employment Type: Full-Time
