Kids Care Dental is seeking an experienced, hands-on, digital and data-driven marketing leader who will be responsible for driving the company’s new patient growth and customer retention efforts. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the VP of Marketing will develop and lead the execution of company-wide and localized integrated strategic marketing plans that generate top and bottom-line impact. The VP of Marketing will manage the KidsCare brand and the communication of the value proposition across marketing channels and will ensure Kids Care maintains its leadership position in delivering trusted care to kids of all ages.
To be successful in the role, one must:
• Design, develop and implement best-practice marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives with a specific focus on new patient acquisition. Execute across digital tactics, such as SEO/SEM, social media, and digital advertising and offline tactics, such as community events, school partnerships, direct mail and other advertising opportunities. Monitor and communicate performance.• Recommend data-based strategic marketing initiatives to Senior Leadership team to drive continued growth in New Patient appointments. Track success of proposed initiatives to evaluate success and required changes to plans based on data.• Manage the Kids Care Dental website and ensure the user experience is optimal, including the design information architecture and content and that it is optimized for both appointment conversions and SEO rankings.• Determine an appropriate departmental organizational structure to support implementation and management of all marketing initiatives. Direct and evaluate external marketing partners and vendors, including marketing agencies.• Work with CFO and internal and external data partners to develop methods and cadence for reporting results to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.• Support the operations management team with out-of-the-box solutions for key initiatives and collaborate with them to track new patient conversions.??????• Oversee the creative execution of the Kids Care brand, to ensure alignment, messaging, voice, and visuals are effectively communicating the company’s value proposition and delivering upon its strategy.• Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation and regularly work with the ops team to address opportunities.• Define, analyze, and report on strategic market research that includes competitive overviews of each market, SWOT analysis, and real-time competitor promotions.• Partner with the VP of Talent and Culture to support team member engagement and retention initiatives• Be the communication expert for the senior leadership team, advising on messaging, tone, and professionally written content both internally and externally.
Position Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in business – MBA preferred• Minimum of 10 years B2C marketing experience – Preferably in early growth-stage, multi-site healthcare organizations• Significant experience leading highly effective and efficient digital and multi-channel marketing campaigns, with proven track records of success / ROI.• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Wordpress, CRM, email platforms, etc.• Proven track record of designing and implementing companywide marketing strategy, including system to track and report on KPI’s• You’re already head of marketing - Minimum 5 or more years managing and mentoring a team• You are confident in your ability to communicate – Minimum 5 or more years leading communication strategy for organizations both internally and externally• You have a history of hitting key growth objectives - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed organizational KPI’s• You have a passion for data – you know how to track marketing goals and show results• You’re an out-the-box thinker –You know that doing the same things that don’t work and know how to test new ideas
