JOB PURPOSEOur client is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead digital marketing analytics for a diverse client portfolio. This role involves managing and mentoring junior analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights that drive clients' strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, website tracking and analytics, advanced analytics techniques, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESLead a team of 1-2 junior analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional developmentOversee end-to-end client deliverables, translating complex data analyses into actionable insightsDevelop and maintain comprehensive measurement frameworks across paid media, owned, and earned channelsDrive optimization strategies through advanced analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey analysisPartner with media planning teams to inform campaign strategy and budget allocationDesign and implement custom tracking solutions and analytics implementationsCreate automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboardsPresent findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients
QUALIFICATIONS8+ years of experience in digital marketing analyticsStrong expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Proficiency in media platforms and performance analysis (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic)Advanced knowledge of tag management systems and tracking implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager, TealiumIQ)Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasetsProven track record of leading analytics projects and managing client relationships in an agency settingExperience managing and developing junior team membersKnowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attributionExperience with statistical analysis tools is a plus
