This is a hybrid/in office position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. As Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in guest communications, responsible for leading all guest facing marketing efforts for product marketing and launches in our onboard guest experience areas, including Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Shore Excursions, Retail and related partnerships. You’ll also lead the development of comprehensive marketing campaigns for new product announcements and marketing for onboard experiences to drive multi-channel content development including onboard messaging, collateral, web content, promotional videos, email and direct mail content, programming messaging and logo development.Here’s a summary of what Princess is looking for in its Senior Manager, Product Marketing. Is this you?ResponsibilitiesDrive strategy, marketing support and development, and launch planning for all onboard guest experience areas, including Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Shore Excursions, Retail. Lead marketing projects and content that delivers on key business and brand objectives.Develop communications and marketing plans to support strategic initiatives and drive product announcements. Develop storytelling that creates excitement, demand and brand awareness. Develop content across all marketing channels including website, print, emails, videos, social, PR, onboard collateral (digital, print), onboard messaging and trade collateral that highlights new and existing onboard experiences. Establish prioritization of projects, clearly defining deliverables, timelines, and performance objectives.Work with brand, creative agencies and paid media teams to provide product direction and collateral support for paid media tactics, including but not limited to digital advertising, social content, ad copy, videos.Collaborate with Partnerships, PR and Events teams to deliver the most compelling guest experience stories to support brand positioning, differentiators and revenue goals. Support events with collateral and product direction and communicate across teams. Travel to photo shoots, events, marketing conferences, ship visits to understand experience, create marketing content, build relationships.Supervise two direct reports; assign responsibilities, allocate resources and define priorities and coach as needed.Work with creative team to input creative briefs and route creative to stakeholders for review, consolidated feedback and approvals.Collaborate across teams for venue and experience updates or launches by providing POI descriptions, deck plan updates, collateral and content update coordination and planning.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience.10-15 years of marketing experience, premium or contemporary cruise line onboard marketing highly preferred.5+ years of management experience.5+ years of product development experience.Experience planning and strategizing communications programs.Experience with developing large scale, complex marketing plans, strategic positioning decks, and go to market plans.Proven project management experience, especially handling cross-functional departments, meeting key objectives and deadlines.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills to communicate with management, other departments, agencies, designers and colleagues.Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to present concepts visually.Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills.Ability to negotiate, present and resolve complex controversial issues.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
