This role will act as the Post Producer and point person for the photo team’s ’shot-on’ projects and act as a key liaison between Photo Producers, Functional Producers, Brand, PM, and Engineering.Description The role will receive, confirm accuracy, compile, and distribute pertinent project information to and from the field. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential material is key to the success of this role. Additional responsibilities include:Partner with Senior Producer to develop project schedules, create detailed deliverables lists, deliver and track images post production.Work with Photo Producers to plan, open projects in tool, set up project file structure and train team members on server/box organization, file naming, and workflow.Work with Creative Team to prep work for team, Brand, and Executive reviews and work with Business Affairs partners to manage image/GEO clearances.Manage risk while identifying and communicating priorities and bottlenecks.Consistently reevaluate workflow for efficiencies and identify tool opportunities for the group.Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years experience as a lead or production/program manager.Experience working across multiple teams in a creative production environment.Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build relationships cross functionally, influence others, and work effectively within a large organization.Strong analytical, creative problem solving, and negotiation skills.Self motivated, flexible, and highly collaborative.Able to communicate complex thoughts through clear written and verbal communication.Comfortable presenting to various levels of leadership and varying types of audiences.Experience managing complex, evolving projects and accommodating and assessing rapid change.Strategic thinker who can resolve highly complex issues in a creative and effective way.Successfully balance conflicting/multiple priorities within an ever-changing work environment.Experienced with guiding and shaping the production process across a variety of media, including Print, Interactive, and Social.Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently; comfortable with ambiguity.Ability to compromise without impacting the work.At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
