Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree required
Top Skills:
Strong communications background with experience developing and driving communications plans at a program/project level
SharePoint experience: Ability to build pages from scratch, update/revise what’s already in existence, maintain, etc
Experience developing Project Newsletters – modern, innovative, attractive content; graphics and written
Strong written communication skills – strong grammar skills, ability to incorporate project theme/branding into communications, well spoken but can communicate simply and straightforward.
Stakeholder engagement ideation and execution
Experience supporting large scale projects that impact a large number of impacted stakeholders
Plus Skills:
Experience supporting an SAP rollout (C4C strongly preferred)
Utilities experience
OCM background
Soft Skills:
Proactive, takes initiative, has a sense of urgency

Additional Details:
This individual will join a large program, called Vista, focused on replacing the Customer Information System with SAP products.
Day to day responsibilities:
As the Program Communications Lead, your primary responsibility is to strategize, plan, and execute communication initiatives that align with the program's objectives and organizational goals.
You will be tasked with crafting clear and compelling messages tailored for various stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and the public, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms.
This includes developing newsletters and ensuring articles are well written and reviewed.
Leading the redesign of the program's SharePoint page and uploading articles as necessary.
Developing video-based materials and creating relevant scripts.
Developing package material for executive leadership to share downstream.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and product development, you will develop integrated communication plans that support the program's milestones and key deliverables.
Monitoring and analyzing communication metrics and feedback will be crucial to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and impact.
Additionally, you will serve as a spokesperson for the program when necessary, representing its mission and values to external audiences and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
