CONTENT SPECIALIST – REMOTE (CST)
We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our Digital Content Management team. This role involves managing and organizing pre-existing content across multiple languages, geographies, and platforms (apps, desktop, chat), supporting various segments and thousands of storefronts. The content in one segment might be deliberately different than in other segments, so you should have the ability to organize the data within the tools effectively. This is not a content creation role; the content is already developed and needs to be managed, updated, and structured appropriately.
Depending on your strengths, you will be responsible for one, or a combination of the following:
- Marketing Content: Updating and organizing marketing landing pages and online store content that displays worldwide, in 38 countries.
- Product Content: Managing product data, including setting up dimension settings, color, size, copy variations, and catalog information.
TOP SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience working with CMS tools (e.g., updating and verifying content in staging environments, managing marketing and product content).
- Strong background in eCommerce and customer-facing content management.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS (no coding required but must understand basic code structure).
- Ability to manage high-volume content tasks across multiple regions and languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- Flexible work schedule – availability for seasonal overtime (10-15 hours) during peak months (August-October).
PLUS SKILLS:
- Experience working with global websites and localization.
- Background in content operations for large-scale digital storefronts.
- BA/BS Degree preferred.
DAY TO DAY:
- Manage and organize pre-existing content within CMS tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.
- Work within a ticketing system to pick up and process content requests daily.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content issues reported by stakeholders.
- Support new product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely content deployment.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide progress updates and identify blockers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and product teams.
- Ensure consistency and quality control for all digital content updates.
WHY JOIN US?
- Work with a leading global tech company, managing content seen by millions of users daily.
- Join a collaborative, friendly, and innovative team.
- Gain experience in high-impact content management projects within a dynamic digital ecosystem.
