We are looking for a dedicated Group Marketing Specialist like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Group Marketing Operations Specialist reports to the Group Director of Marketing Operations, and contributes to the development of the strategic marketing direction for hospital service line and physician practice growth. This includes, but is not limited to marketing strategy execution, collaboration with various business development and marketing stakeholders, data analysis of patient volume trends and geographic factors, audience segmentation and tactical deployment. He/She will assist in development and execution of marketing plans focused on achieving strategic growth opportunities. This role will work closely with the Group AVP, Marketing Operations to support campaign strategies and tactics through asset organization and deployment, adhering to brand consistency, and contributing to overall market growth.What you will do in this role:Marketing StrategyAssists in the analysis of research to identify market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creation.Coordinates the creation and trafficking of numerous assets for omni-channel campaigns.Support the tracking and measurement of marketing outcomes including creative asset performance, engagement, response, leads and ROISupports the Group team to understand and intake business needs across a variety of audiences. Assists in preparing decks related to marketing plans and results to share with internal and external audiences.Generates innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and optimizationDefining and Managing Brand StrategyClearly articulates and champions the HCA Enterprise / local market brand strategies and impact to internal / external stakeholders.Builds a deep understanding of enterprise and market brand standards, and is accountable for upholding these standards. Builds an accountability structure within the Division to ensure compliance with brand standards.Supports the development of unique brand narratives to position service line capabilities across the hospital network, as well as with individual practices.Marketing Operations and GovernanceSupports the planning and implementation of marketing strategies across the Group. including oversight of execution plans / timelines, project milestones, and deliverables / goals across operations activitiesIdentifies and executes scalable solutions to achieve efficiencies where possibleSupports enforcement of brand standard compliance across the markets Divisions and FacilitiesCommunications Internal and ExternalSupports the deployment of internal and external messaging for division-wide service line and practice initiatives.What qualifications you will need:Bachelors degree is required2-4 years of work experienceHCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the Worlds Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
