Creative Strategy Coordinator
PR: 20-24/hr (DOE)
Contract: Through end of year
Onsite in Santa Monica, CA

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Creative Strategy & Content team.
  • Develop and maintain a database of creative resources by researching, contacting, and onboarding third-party vendors.
  • Manage purchase orders and code invoices.
  • Create, organize, and proofread concept pitching and recap presentations.
  • Assist with organization and updates in tools like Monday.com, Box, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate video production efforts, including scheduling shoots, liaising with videographers and editors, and sharing links to approved assets.
  • Conduct research on potential partnerships with innovative companies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in music marketing or related fields.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in organization, time management, and multitasking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Passion for music, design, visual arts, and fashion.
