Westfield Specialty is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for identifying new marketing opportunities and increasing brand awareness, managing all digital marketing and SEO-related activities, like link building, content strategy, and keyword usage. The ideal candidate effectively uses digital assets, such as a company website, social media, and email, to create digital marketing strategies that can increase conversion rates and ultimately increase the company's ROI. Innovative thinking, a focus on positive customer experience, and a proactive mindset are essential for this position.

Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content, including writing, preparation, and dissemination of email marketing campaigns, website updates, and social media, predominantly LinkedIn.Create and manage content for Westfield Specialty's social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication.Work with a team of marketers and other stakeholders to maintain Westfield Specialty's digital presence.Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels.Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well a campaign is performing.Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.Update global, externally-facing content on web pages and update the internal intranet platform.Optimize global initiatives and campaigns through the use of omnichannel marketing.Research and implement new marketing strategies, including identifying and testing new digital channels and tools.Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement them into Westfield Specialty's marketing campaigns.Prepare monthly reports and analytics on content performance and trends.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree Required. Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field a plus.A minimum of 5 years of related experience in digital marketing or a related field is required.Experience with managing Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required. Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred.Experience managing all digital marketing and SEO-related activities, like link building, content strategy, and keyword usage.Must be proficient using Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of Smartsheet a plus.Experience setting successful digital marketing strategy goals.Attention to detail and ability to deliver according to service level agreements.Experience setting and maintaining a global evergreen library of content for social media.Experience in scalability of social media strategy across platforms.Experience with setting and achieving employee advocacy strategies in a B2B space.Office attendance of 4 days a week required.

Highly Preferred Candidate Qualifications:Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).Detail-oriented, outcome-oriented, organized self-starter who thrives in a distributed team environment.Incredible writing and communication skills.Willingness to learn new skills as the role requires.Experience with LinkedIn marketing in the B2B space, including advertising and employee advocacy.Oktopost experience a plus.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva a plus.

NYC Candidates Only:

The salary range for this role is 85k to 125k USD. This is a full-time position eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus pay. Actual compensation package will be determined by a number of factors including location and candidate's years of experience.
