This position will be responsible for educating the general community about our services and amenities, partnering with referral sources, and hosting events on-site and off-site. You will be expected to make sales appointments to key referral sources weekly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking in front of professionals, giving presentations to large audiences, and working intimately with potential residents and their families.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational sales leader who can effectively manage time to meet weekly and daily goals. You will be working on internal sales by making calls to the lead database, giving customized tours, scheduling next steps, and collaborating with community team members to assist with the sales process, training, and supervising other members of the marketing department. You will be responsible for driving community success through achieving budgeted sales and census targets. A sales-centric person who can bring results by solving barriers for families and their loved ones.

Essential Functions:
Schedule, organize, and conduct tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing.
Coordinate responses and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, and mail-ins timely and appropriately.
Create, plan, and implement events to bring in prospective residents, such as seminars, speakers, themed events, and family nights.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.
Maintain a working knowledge of the CRM program.
Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation, as assigned.
Manage move-ins and move-outs to achieve maximum revenue.
Treat each inquiry with value.
Work closely with the Executive Director on the implementation of the quarterly marketing plan.
Create and implement a strong community outreach program.
Media and Marketing Planning Implementation.
Meet all expectations of occupancy and budget.
Keep the Executive Director informed of all sales activity daily.
Communicate any special needs of the incoming resident to the appropriate personnel.
Keep informed of all trends, developments, concepts, and techniques in the field that affect the product.
Understand the needs of seniors and the aging process.
Maintain and work an active, meaningful waitlist.
Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
Comply with all policies, city, state, and federal regulations.
Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements:
Level of Formal Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred, or one to two years of experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
Previous senior living sales and marketing experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
