for exceptional candidates looking to relocate to Broomfield, CO.Mission:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce & Hubspot Technologist with deep expertise in marketing technology and automation to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Marketing, this role will be pivotal in streamlining marketing operations. Your mission will be to grow engagement with the brand and brand value in the US market, and drive campaigns efficiency through technology. You will work closely with Business Lines, Sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of Martech tools. If you an effective communicator, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines on faster-than average pace, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities:Marketing Automation: Design, build, and optimize automated marketing workflows, campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences using platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Ensure seamless integration between CRM system and marketing automation platforms for efficient lead management.Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the execution of automated email, SMS, and digital ad campaigns to deliver personalized experiences at scale, monitoring campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, conversion rates, lead scoring, and funnel progression.MarTech Stack Optimization: Oversee marketing technologies, ensuring they align with business needs and goals.Stay current with industry trends and innovations in AI-powered tools, analytics platforms, and new automation technologies.Data Analysis & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to generate actionable insights for campaigns and present performance reports to stakeholders.Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all marketing activities and customer data comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.5+ years of experience
in development with a focus on
automation
and
MarTech platforms.Hands-on expertise with
HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud , or other leading marketing automation platforms.Experience in
CRM integration
and data flow management between marketing and sales tools.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar tools.Proficiency in
HTML/CSS
for email template customization.Experience in working with
AI-powered marketing tools
and
chatbots
for enhanced automation is preferred.The position will be based in our head office in Broomfield (Denver area), ColoradoUp to 10% travel time may be required
