Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification . The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.
The Marketing Lead is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within their own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in their own job and the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others. The Marketing Lead will provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Their work impacts an entire area, which ultimately affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
Responsibilities:
Work with EE leadership to develop and own the annual marketing plan and create best-in-class marketing communications that drive action and produce results.
Create dynamic materials, including reference guides, FAQs, etc. to showcase the EE product suite. This person will also be responsible for adding innovative offerings to our EE Glossary of Offerings (https://citi.sharepoint.com/teams/SPO_cddagov/SitePages/Content-Development-Glossary-of-Materials.aspx?csf=1&web=1&e=sZza2E&CID=b9a57e01-c884-4ae7-a179-27cee8f7f2c4) as needed.
Regularly analyze materials heatmap and KPI data to identify trends, patternsand areas for improvement. Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Partnerwith internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assessesfor impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
Lead the development of a comprehensive agenda that supports business goals and priorities. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and requirements.
Partner with EE leadership and businesses to assess the feasibility and potential impact of proposed initiatives.
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact with internal cross-functional teams. The incumbent will be expected to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
Partner with cross functional teams in EE to assess performance, optimize and share learnings.
Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to all legal, compliance, and control requirements and documentation is properly maintained.
Create insightful reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
Seasoned, passionate, and mission-driven digital, marketing and analytics professional with a demonstrated ability to develop a vision, drive and manage the execution of that vision, and deliver top-tier results.
6+ years of experience in financial services or fintech leading strategy and execution, with demonstrable and measurable results.
Understanding of Enterprise Excellence product suite, passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experiences.
Demonstrated, multi-year experience in an agile, digital product roadmap design, data-driven personalization, digital marketing, and collaboration with and/or direct engineering experience.
Demonstrated sound business judgment, analytical acumen, consumer-centric mindset and communication skills.
Experience in delivery of large, complex projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional environment.
Ability to plan and manage a multi-workstream program from inception to delivery providing support, direction or technical expertise to the project team across multiple disciplines and geographies.
Ability to define scope, timelines and budgets in a clear, concise language in writing and verbally. Able to report on issues, risks, progress, timelines etc. accurately and summarize effectively offering analysis, options and credible solutions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources. Perform and articulate cost / benefit / risk analysis.
Experience in content creation and strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact, diplomacy, and ability to influence senior executives.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
A team player whowill implement initiatives effectively, models curiosity, resilienceand empathy, and motivates others to perform their tasks. Demonstrates interest and the ability to continuously learn and is flexible and comfortable with multiple changes in approach and direction.
Language and writing skills: Fluency in English is required.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, proficiency in Adobe suite preferred.
