Sparks Group has teamed with a globally recognized higher education client who is searching for a qualified, motivated and articulate Grant Writer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in securing crucial funding to support our mission and initiatives. Your ability to craft compelling proposals and manage complex grant processes will be key to our continued success. Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify, research, and pursue funding opportunities from various sources, including foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Develop high-quality grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation, that effectively communicate our mission and impact. Prepare comprehensive and compelling impact reports that demonstrate the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. Create and manage budgets for grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant terms and conditions. Track grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and financial obligations to maintain compliance and maximize funding. Work closely with program staff, faculty, and other stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and align grant strategies with organizational goals. Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least three years of successful grant writing experience, preferably in the education sector. Strong Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive proposals and reports. Ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources and tailor proposals accordingly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management tools (Raiser's Edge preferred). Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and build strong relationships with funders. Bachelor's Degree Required.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Salary $70,000.00 to $80,000.00
