The Director of Global Marketing & Growth Personal Care Preservation will be responsible for leading the segment strategy, business goals and commercial execution. They will work closely with multiple functions (including Sales, Strategy, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Regulatory, R&D, Communications), outside agencies and vendors to effectively develop and execute key commercial activities to support business objectives. This role reports to the Head of Marketing & Growth for Home and Personal care Business.

Essential Job Functions:Lead marketing activities and cross-functional teams for Personal Care Preservation segment for key global markets (NA, Asia, EU and LATAM)Develop an integrated business and marketing planImplement product and go-to-market plan, amidst significant marketplace competitionLead and develop portfolio segmentation strategy segment strategy and deliver on the 3-5 year strategy for business. Execute and own the deliverables.Accountable for delivering sales and margin budgets in Personal Care PreservationCreate and prioritize innovation pipeline/ideas, lead new product development and launches in collaboration with R&D. Own the commercial success of product launches.Develop and execute marketing communication activities by working closely and providing direction to marcom teams/vendors to generate leads, customer advocacy and business growthWork closely with commercial excellence and strategy teams to implement sales and marketing excellence processes in the businessProvide performance forecasts and management updates throughout the yearIntegrate sustainability principles into growth and strategy initiatives to ensure alignment with Arxada's environmental and social responsibility goalsIdentify and lead core businesses growth programs, exploring adjacent spaces, and innovating new business models to fuel growthQualifications & Experience:

Undergraduate degree/Bachelors (preferred Chemistry or Microbiology); MBA preferredMin. 15+ years business experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Management)Min. 10+ years demonstrated marketing, customer and cross functional team management and proven performanceExperience in B2B ingredient Home Care, Personal Care required. Preservation chemistry experience preferredGrowth driven, demonstrated business development skill sets and growing a business globally by assessing new growth opportunities and finding new revenue streams along with managing customer relationshipsMust have a demonstrated track record of driving segment leadership along with various teams in a matrix and unstructured environmentDeal and contract negotiation expertiseAgile mentality, creative, proactive and strong analytical skills with excellent overall business acumenAbility to build effective teams that work well across functions and groupsThis position requires up to 20% travel

The expected salary range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
