This group is responsible for Content Marketing, GTM Strategy, and Customer/Product storytelling. From informing product storytelling with case studies or managing a blog, to informing pitches and presentations given about our game to prepping for events, this team always has a lot of exciting work to do. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an enormous impact on kids' lives all around the world!
A successful Marketing Manager on this team will be extremely organized and able to drive a rhythm of business. If you are comfortable managing multiple projects with varying timelines this role is for you. This team needs someone process driven who can align stakeholders from multiple disciplines around marketing plans.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:Minimum 4 years experience with Education Technology and Gaming preferredMinimum 4 years experience with strong understanding of project management & project platforms such as CRM software.Minimum 4 years experience with Microsoft 365If you are a clear communicator with project management skills and an understanding of GTM strategy, branding, and positioning, we'd love to chat with you.
Responsibilities:
Drive content marketing ROB that will result in strong customer engagement. Its purpose is to attract & retain customers by consistently creating and curating relative and valuable content with the intention of changing or enhancing customer behaviorManage our digital marketing execution through asset management and custom development to support our web presenceDrive our events execution through appropriate standardization across geographies, including branding, audience-appropriate content, tools and instrumentation.Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and funnel management with our Community team to create better connected engagement throughout our customer's purchase/usage journeyManage multiple marketing programs of various sizes in scope from numerous partners simultaneously that require significant cross-functional collaboration.Partner with external partners and internal creative teams to identify marketing assets needs for marketing programs and manage the asset creation process end to end from ideation to production to reviews and execution.Skills:

Strong project leader with over 4 years of experience leading larger multi-disciplinary teams, collaboratively and independently.Experience of delivering multiple program running concurrently in various life cycle stages through planning to operations and implementation.Experience in project management with the ability to manage marketing and communications planning, resource needs, dependencies, and results analysis.Strong organizational skills to manage ensure numerous deliverables are complete across key milestones within timelines and budgets.Self-starter and ability to be solution oriented and a creative problem solver to get work done.Strong business communication skills, writing, and interpersonal skills.At first the focus will be coordination of work across partner teams (Marketing operations) and campaign development/management:
Managing content calendar of learning content and storytellingManaging customer and community engagement workEvents- overall ROB- briefs from partner teamsProject Tracking in ClickUpKeeping stakeholders informed of project statusDrafting weekly/biweekly emails to teams.Ideally we'd like this person to independently manage projects, such as:
Audience strategy & segmentationEnd-to-end execution of marketing campaignsPartnership with on sales enablementTherefore, if someone has experience in CRM//customer comms//customer journey, they could take some of that work on as opposed to purely asset managementThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.24 to $62.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
