Position Details:
The Production Design Coordinator at OuterFactor will take full ownership of the design, development, and production lifecycle for custom printed and sample products. This role requires a creative individual with strong technical skills who can ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Illustrator or KeyShot and eager to expand their knowledge in the field of product printing.
Key Accountabilities:
Graphic Design
Create custom logo mock-ups.
Use Adobe Illustrator to prepare high-quality print design files in .eps format.
Convert lower resolution .png or .jpeg images into vector files using your graphic design expertise.
Create new, original vector designs.
- Produce 3D product renderings with KeyShot for use in ecommerce and various other marketing materials.
Printing Operation:
Schedule and operation of all production printing.
Ensure routine technical maintenance and optimal performance of the print machine.
Adhere to strict quality control standards for all printed products, ensuring they meet OuterFactor’s exceptional standards.
Business Operations:
Own the entire sample lifecycle (for printed and non-printed product).
Maintain an organized product rendering database in the CRM system.
Partner and collaborate with the operations team on various projects.

Required Skills:
2+ years of experience with Adobe Illustrator and KeyShot.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with LAB color space and its relationship to device-dependent color spaces (CMYK, RGB, Pantone).
Experience with UV LED printing technology.
