who will help us build and grow a variety of social media communities for our clients. If youre passionate about branded social content and engaging with online communities, this role is for you. In this position, you will help create, publish, and manage content, interact with followers, coordinate influencer and partner activations, and track whats working (and whats not).If youre ready to start your career gaining experience in all things social, this is the spot for you.What Youll Do:Plan:
Help develop publishing calendars that align with brand strategies and campaignsDevelop:
Work with creators to bring engaging content ideas to lifePublish:
Ensure all content is posted as approvedEngage:
Serve as the voice behind brands in social conversationsTrend Tracking:
Keep a pulse on whats trending and cultural happeningsReport:
Assist in evaluating channel and content performanceCollaborate:
Coordinate influencer campaigns and brand partnership activationsWere Looking For Someone Who:Lives for engagement, thinking in captions, Reels, and quick-turn TikToksIs the go-to friend for explaining the newest trendCollaborates, but is bold in their ideasAims to be a creative thinker, not just a publisherHas an eye for aesthetics and what fits on each platformBalances creative flair and analytical skillsRefuses to apologize for their screen timeWorking Conditions:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.Typically working in an office with occasionally working outdoors on location at client sites.Travel requirements - In town travel necessary, occasional overnight travel needed.
