Logistics IS Solution Designer is a techno-functional expert supporting NAM Logistics Engineering and Distribution Center Operations with a primary focus onEnd-to-end DC process and solutions design, deployment, and support primarily focused on the Manhattan warehouse management systemContribute and lead projects to support business innovation, automation and customer enhancements.General logistics run-state solutions support for NAM DC flows including outbound, inbound, inventory and returns.Skills Required:
Experience supporting Manhattan wms or similar warehouse manage systemExperience in DC operations, outbound, inbound and transportation data setupExperience in Preprod Manhattan, SAP ECC, S/4 HANA Testing CampaignsExperience in Transportation data creation, update and maintenanceUser level experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP/Order Entry system.Basic understanding of middleware (ie: SAP PI).Competent SQL knowledge.Coding or configuration experience preferredAbility to explore and design systems in collaboration with various teams of experts.Ability to learn and understand complex systematic solutions.Design and create systematic and operational processes, create supporting documentation, and train various types of end users.Ability to translate requirements for new innovations and requests into systematic and physical processes.Basic understanding of warehouse processesSelf-driven and highly motivated team player.Ability to work independently and transparently in a team based on an agile structure.Ability to liaise between business operations teams, non-technical end users, and global technical support teams.Ability to effectively communicate with local, regional, and global teams.Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse OperationsAble to scale and learn multiple applications such as Access, Excel, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, SQL, TableauBachelor's or master's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Quick to learn with the capacity of mastering advanced complex end-to-end system capabilitiesCan collaborate and coach peers and DC operatorsCan Travel (monthly) to Distribution Centers in the USAre experienced with SAP Logistics Execution and Manhattan wmos WMS or similar solutionsHave strong analytical and technical problem-solving skillsBe proactive to find opportunities for solution enhancementsTake Initiative to collaborate with cross functional experts to root cause issues, address solution gaps, and create innovated solutionsPay attention to detail, thoroughly understanding the entirety of problems and solutionsEffective working on teams, within and outside of your functionEnjoy creating and designing solutions to complex problems.
