The Opportunity

Delaware North is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Buffalo, New York. The Digital Marketing Specialist will directly manage paid and unpaid efforts through organic, paid, and local search tactics across various channels, for multiple Delaware North properties. You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing teams, Marketing Managers, Operational Managers, and Marketing Executives to coordinate search efforts with property initiatives and broader marketing strategies.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60406 - $69700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Create, execute, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google and Bing for multiple Delaware North properties as well as manage travel campaigns on ExpediaResearch and create on-page SEO for new website builds as well as new landing pages on existing websitesAudit organic rankings and implement on- and off- page SEO tactics to help drive strategy and increase overall site trafficManage general business information while optimizing for SEO on business listings across multiple publisher networksTrack, analyze, and report performance analytics across all search disciplines, identifying relevant insights and building recommendations for improvementLead budget planning recommendations and daily management of spendingDrive traffic, conversions and ROI for digital acquisition channels including paid search, display, re-marketing, video, and organicAssist in building annual search marketing strategy across all Delaware North locations to support key business goalsQualifications

Minimum of 2-5 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO, SEM, and Data AnalyzationGoogle Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferredAbility to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platformsUnderstanding of Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and GMB preferredStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementShift Details
