Microsoft Teams, MS Live Events, Pearl 2, IBM (Ustream), Webex Meeting, WebEx Events, Jira, VC Systems. Video editing programs (Adobe Premiere Pro). Video and audio CODECS. MS O365 Suite proficient. Proficiency in working with AV equipment, mixers, HD, and various support and trouble-ticket systems (Service Now). Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT working as a Telecom and Webcast technician. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience using collaboration and conferencing tools such as Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams. Experience with Vyopta, Synergysky, MagicInfo, Cisco TMS, and Expressway is a plus. Technical, analytical, and presentation skills with a high degree of self-motivation and a can-do attitude with strong MS Office skills. bility to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
