Job Description:We place the customer at the heart of everything we do.We dream big, embrace curiosity and creativity while always learning from our mistakes.We lead with integrity, trust, and respect to achieve the best outcomes as one team.Responsibilities:Create various forms of social media content— videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, in partnership with creative and marketingCapture and edit both motion and still contentCollaborate with the marketing & creative to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps us maximize social KPIsEnsure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voiceClose partnership with creative counterpart in all content planning, filming, and execution.Coordinate with all internal team members involved in the content creation and planning process, such as Creative, Production, Marketing, and Operations.Qualifications:2+ Years experience in social media video content creation and being on camera (professional or personal)Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategyAbility to create trending content in real timeAbility to work with creative tools like Adobe, Photoshop, etc…Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, etc…Ability to turn a concept into compelling contentAbility to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital contentExtensive knowledge of the social media platformsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and project management skill
