Duties and Responsibilities- Advertise clients' products and services while delivering excellent customer service.
- Process sales orders and troubleshoot problems with customer accounts.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and relationships are maintained.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and client product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Use marketing strategies and negotiation techniques to increase client's brand awareness and overall sales.
- Initiate and follow up on sales calls, and lead generation efforts to establish new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Prepare presentations and proposals to pitch client products in new and interesting ways.
- Analyze performance data to identify effectiveness of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align strategies and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive branding and advertising strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales tactics, marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts professionally and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
- Possess a strong ethical foundation and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
