Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advertise clients' products and services while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Process sales orders and troubleshoot problems with customer accounts.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and relationships are maintained.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and client product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Use marketing strategies and negotiation techniques to increase client's brand awareness and overall sales.
  • Initiate and follow up on sales calls, and lead generation efforts to establish new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to pitch client products in new and interesting ways.
  • Analyze performance data to identify effectiveness of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align strategies and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive branding and advertising strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales tactics, marketing strategies and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Possess a strong ethical foundation and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
