Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier executive support ensuring all audio-visual needs are met

• Setup and manage audio-visual equipment for various events such as commencement and pinning ceremonies, board of director conferences, and classroom sessions

• Deliver IT support specially catered to higher education environments

• Handle technical aspects of conference room setups, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for use

• Utilize technical skills in handling computer hardware and active directory

• Operate and manage Apple devices effectively

• Work with Crestron systems for audio-visual control and automation

• Manage and maintain audio-visual equipment in conference rooms

• Leverage skills in audio and video technologies to provide seamless support

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Active Directory, including user and group management.
• Ability to handle, troubleshoot, and maintain Apple Devices.
• Expertise in Crestron systems, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Solid background in Audio Visual equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience with setting up and managing Conference Rooms, including audio-visual equipment.
• Proficiency in Audio Video systems, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
