Responsibilities
•Communicate effectively with existing customers via phone and email to drive revenue growth and address challenges.
•Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of potential clients.
•Achieve assigned sales goals.
•Collaborate with clients to comprehend their needs and goals.
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements by participating in continuous training.
•Manage the Customer Relationship Database diligently.
Qualifications
•2 years of experience in sales and/or account management preferred, audio-visual experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
•Strong self-motivation to achieve sales goals and acquire new business.
•Proven history of building and nurturing customer relationships.
•Demonstrated aptitude for strategic, solution-oriented issue resolution.
•Excellent communication and attentive listening abilities.
•Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and dependable work ethic.
•Effective organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
•Capable of collaborating within a team environment and working independently.
•Possession of a valid driver's license and a spotless driving record.
