About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Design and Content Production to lead its in-house creative agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and leading the design, digital, and content production teams, ensuring that the creative execution is of the highest quality and aligned with the creative vision. This role requires a seasoned creative leader with a background in design and digital, who can set the standard for creative work and has a proven track record of industry recognition. The Head of Design and Content Production will also be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top creative talent, and will play a critical role in building a culture that delivers transformative work.Key responsibilities for the Head of Design and Content Production include overseeing all creative work from start to finish, driving the integration of creative work across various platforms, and building partnerships to support the strategic development of creative projects. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of fostering a positive and inclusive working environment, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be a strong, empathetic leader with the ability to mentor and develop talent, and be familiar with creative budget planning and management. The role also involves presenting high-priority creative work to business unit stakeholders and being a champion for the work produced by the in-house agency.
