Dana-co is the leading design company of luxury women’s intimate apparel brands, Natori and Skarlett Blue. We have become renowned in the industry for our superior fit, high-quality fabrics and construction, and innovative design concepts.


We are seeking a talented and creative marketing associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and promote brand awareness, while also capturing our brand’s unique aesthetic and appeal to our target audience.


Specifically, the candidate will:


  • Develop engaging content, including image layouts and copywriting, that aligns with the brand’s visual identity and messaging for multiple channels, such as social media and email newsletters.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns from content creation to deployment.
  • Produce and optimize compelling content for paid media channels, such as display advertising and sponsored content, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and maintain a campaign calendar for social media, email, and website content in partnership with the e-commerce team to ensure the timely delivery of content.
  • Collaborate on influencer and content creator partnerships, ensuring that all content meets the brand's standards.
  • Assist with creative direction for photoshoots, including art direction, styling, and prop sourcing, ensuring that the final product aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
  • Work closely with retouchers to edit and retouch photos as necessary to ensure that they meet the brand's standards for quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and aesthetics to ensure marketing campaigns are fresh and appealing.
  • Report and analyze the performance of assigned marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Offer creative content assistance for other brand projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the fashion/retail marketing space, ideally with a lingerie or fashion industry focus
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms, with an in-feed example preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Exceptional creative vision and copywriting skills
  • Proactive communication skills and detail-oriented
  • Resourceful, creative, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of brand building and brand consistency
  • Ability to create and edit videos a plus

Full Time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week


Work Location: In-office 4 days and remote 1 day
