Randstad USA is hiring: Marketing and Design Specialist in Mundelein

Our Client is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing and Design Specialist to join their team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing marketing initiatives, coordinating design projects, and supporting their commercial strategy. salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: First

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all marketing and design efforts, including package graphics, logo creation, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate on the development of innovative marketing campaigns.
• Conduct data research for marketing materials and sales presentations, working collaboratively as needed.
• Support the commercial strategy by implementing appropriate marketing plans and activations.
• Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media presence with the Head of Commercial and Global Marketing, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging.
• Update and maintain the company website consistently and efficiently.
• Assist the Sales Team with the coordination of trade shows and other industry events.
• Order and manage marketing materials as needed for the organization.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand business objectives and target audiences, incorporating feedback from both internal teams and clients.
• Stay informed about best practices, business trends, and emerging design techniques related to user experience and visual design.
• Ensure adherence to company sanitation, food safety standards, and all applicable rules, guidelines, and GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
