In this role, the Marketing and Design Specialist will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support, ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. Deliver unparalleled marketing and Design support under the guidance of our commercial team, focusing on continuous and in-depth analysis of our design and marketing initiatives. Dive into meticulous execution ensuring each endeavor aligns seamlessly with our brand's vision and goals.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the coordination of all marketing and design initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on packaging graphics and design, logo design and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborating on the development of innovative marketing campaign ideas.
  • Support data research for inclusion into marketing materials/sales presentations working collaboratively as necessary.
  • Support Commercial strategy with appropriate marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure a consistent branding message is carried out.
  • Work with Head of Commercial and Global marketing to manage social media presence for the company-ensuring promoting accurate and spot-on content, keeping all information updated and precise on a regimented basis.
  • Update and maintain the company website in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Work with Sales Team on coordination of trade shows and other industry-facing events.
  • Order marketing materials as needed for the organization.
  • Interact with project teams (sales and other) to understand business objectives and audience demographics. Understand and incorporate feedback from internal team and client direction.
  • Further education and knowledge by staying up to date on best practices, business trends, and emerging designs in the field of user experience and visual design. Observe and maintain company sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Follow all rules / guidelines / GMP's. (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design preferred.
  • Three to five years related experience
  • Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
  • Background and experience in graphic design and related tools required (i.e. Photoshop, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, constant contact, project management.
  • Personal and proficient presence on all social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation ability, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills; the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
  • Initiative-taker mindset and the ability to take ownership of your area of expertise.
